Shipping Sweden

Delivery time 1- 2 working days within Sweden. Orders above 1000 SEK receive free shipping to our local Swedish customers.

Shipping Scandinavia

Delivery time 3- 6 working days to Scandinavia (Norway, Denmark & Finland). Orders above 2000 SEK receive free shipping.

Global shipping

Delivery time 3- 12 working days globally. Orders above 3000 SEK receive free shipping globally. Talk to us for inquiry.

Order tracking

We use PostNord delivery services with tracking ID. Customers receive tracking code via email / phone after completing the purchase.

Customs fees

Customs fees might apply in country for the customer when receiving items from Sweden. Check your local authority for information & fees regarding receiving parcels from Sweden.

Right of withdrawal

Customer has the right to return unused product within 14 days after receiving it. Product should be in prime condition visually and seals should not be opened. Shipping costs back to us are paid by the customer. Email your order information to info@lollynail.com. Refunds are made within 10 days after return of the product.

Damaged product

Customer has the right to return a damaged product within 14 days after receiving it. Before sending it back, please email a photo of an issue incl. order information to info@lollynail.com. After the review we will provide a return shipping slip that you print out, attach to parcel & send back to us. New product or equivalent product of customer choice will be sent for free.

Damaged package

Customer should contact shipping company if the package has been damaged during transport. Email a photo of a damaged package incl. order information to info@lollynail.com. If damaged product, see "Damaged product" section.

Order not collected

If customer fails to collect ordered product within given time frame, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 300 SEK. Following attempt to deliver product to customer will apply standard shipping cost as well. Customer has an option to make a complimentary purchase within 14 days of minimum 1000 SEK (Sweden) or 2000/3000 SEK (Scandinavia/Globally) and receive uncollected order + new order with free shipping (in that case we do not charge a fee of 500 SEK). Receipt

Order confirmation and a receipt are sent to customer's email after the purchase.

Value added tax

All product prices include 25% VAT.

Our prices in local currency SEK can fluctuate due to our providers using EUR as their base currency.
